Job Description

All-round Rental Agent | 32 - 40 hours

Will you be our new, enthusiastic colleague?
To expand our team, we are looking for an all-round rental agent with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a good dose of flexibility. Someone with energy and decisiveness who dares to take responsibility and at the same time fits within our informal working atmosphere, which we are so proud of.

What will you be doing?
In this diverse role, you will be involved in renting out homes to suitable candidates and managing the properties we have already rented out! On a daily basis, you will be engaged in tasks such as:

• Online publishing of new rental properties;

• Property viewings with potential tenants;

• Screening of documents from prospective tenants;

• Drafting rental agreements;

• Handling key exchanges with new tenants;

• Addressing tenant inquiries and repair requests;

• Communicating with tenants and our maintenance team to schedule repairs;

• Continuously brainstorming ways to optimize work processes and the customer journey for prospective tenants.

Preferred qualifications:

• HBO-level education with a completed relevant course (K-RMT is a plus but not mandatory);

• Relevant work experience is a plus;

• Driver's license B;

• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;

• Affinity and experience with digital processes and working digitally are definite pluses.

We, at Extate Housing, are a team of 2 rental agents, 2 property managers, and 1 handyman. In short, a team of 5 colleagues who passionately rent and manage living spaces in Eindhoven and the surrounding areas. What started with renting and managing a few living spaces in Eindhoven has now grown into a full-fledged office. Extate Housing specializes in the management, mediation, and rental of living spaces, apartments, and studios in Eindhoven and the surrounding areas.
